An Evening in India Dinner benefits Shelter

Are you ready for an enchanting evening with some of your favorite Shelter workers? Join us for An Evening InBenefit dinner India, where you will feast on gourmet Indian food prepared by celebrity chef Shibana Singh, all the while supporting your favorite hometown shelter. Here are the details: 6 p.m., Wednesday, July 8, at a private Santa Fe residence, $65 per person.
On the menu: Mango Lassi Shots; Cauliflower and Pakora Salad; Paneer Skewers with Peppers, Onion and Mint Chutney; Baby Potatoes in Poppy Seed Sauce; Yogurt with Crispy Chips; Indian Ice Cream with Fresh Mangoes and Cardamon; Mango Ginger Lemonade.
Multi-talented Shibana Singh is an exquisite chef who brings intention and layers of subtle flavor to her gourmet dishes. She combines years of study in Ayurveda and Western culinary traditions with the influences of the various places she has lived and traveled, from Delhi to Santa Fe.
