Where can I park?

  1. Railyard Parking Garage
    Driving entrance/exit is between REI and Sanbusco Center. Walking exits from the garage are by REI and the Violet Crown.
    Open daily from 6am – 12 midnight
    Rates: $1 for the first hour; $2 for the second hour and each hour thereafter; $12 maximum/day
  2. Railyard Pay Stations
    Camino de la Familia, Market Street, Manhattan Street, Chile Line Lane
    Open 24 hours / 7 days week.
    Pay stations are enforced Monday – Saturday from 8am – 6pm.
    Rates: $1 for the first hour; $2 for the second hour and each hour thereafter; $12 maximum/day
  3. Off-street metered parking locations

Do I need to pre-register my credit card?
Yes. You will not receive a bidder number if you do not have a credit card on file. Pre-registration eases the check-in and check-out process. No charges will be made to the credit card provided unless the assigned bidder number is used to purchase an item or is raised during the paddle call portion of the event.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Barkin' Ball is an all ages event! To purchase alcohol at Barkin' Ball you will need to present a valid form of ID.

Are well behaved dogs welcome?
Yes! Dogs are welcome at the event. We permit one (1) dog per person. All dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 ft in length.

If I have purchased a ticket but am unable to attend the event, can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Please contact Grace Montano at gmontano@sfhumanesociety.org or call 505-983-4309×1204 to make arrangements. The guest will be placed at your assigned seat.

Will I be receiving a paper ticket to the event?
We will not be mailing a physical ticket. Your name will be added to our guest list.

Is there assigned seating?
All ticket holders will be assigned a table number prior to the event. If you would like to sit with a certain person or a group of people, please make note of that when you purchase your tickets or contact Grace Montano at gmontano@sfhumanesociety.org or call 505-983-4309×1204.
