Real Like Skills Group Class 5 of 6

$200Real Life Class, Clicker: This course looks at “real life” situations every dog owner finds themselves in and helps to teach owners how to push their skills and their dogs to greater goals. The class looks at how to create better reliability with you current behaviors as well as how to start teaching more complex behaviors and how to get through undesirable behaviors.
Class Focus:
-The basic essentials of dog psychology, behavior & learning for better, clearer communication & understanding of “why dogs do what they do.”
-Using marker training techniques to communicate with your dog
-Troubleshooting basic common behavior problems
-Working on the 3D’s; distance, distractions, and duration
-How to create behavior plans for complex behaviors
Class Length: Six sessions running for 1 hour
Class Price: $200; any dog adopted from any rescue or shelter within 12 months of the class start date receive a 50% discount
Class Requirements: Dogs must have completed a basic obedience class prior to start date or some form of formal training, dogs must be up to date on vaccines & flea/tick/worm preventative, there is no age limit, size, or breed, all are welcome!
