Animal Totems: Learning How to Identify and Work with Your Animal Totem Animals (and pets) play a significant role in positively shaping our lives. Animal totems are guides that provide insight, guidance, and support by embodying certain strengths and qualities. By understanding the qualities and behaviors of an animal totem, you can receive wisdom to help navigate life’s challenges. In this interactive workshop you will have an opportunity to discover, learn about and work with animal totems. You may even understand the wisdom of your own pets just a little more! Bill Eager has given workshops around the world including Yoga Journal conferences, his writings have been featured in Yoga Journal, Shape, Yogi Times and Wisdom Magazine and he has written 10 books including Dance Like the Wind.
